Whether one travels from Dakar (Senegal) to Addis Ababe in the Horn of Africa, or from Cape (South Africa) to Cairo (Egypt) only two free-ranging life forms are common anywhere there’s water, a bit of greenery, or some forestry, and that’s birds and butterflies.
